Policies

Beginning November 2017, we now utilize an airbnb-style reservation and check in system similar to that of a vacation property.  We will provide guests with all pertinent information on how/when to arrive, how to access room, the policies and procedures and emergency contact information.  Our rooms are stocked similar to that of a condo and housekeeping will clean each unit upon guest departure.  Our guests love this new system and are assured that they are well taken care of.

We do not allow smoking in our rooms. Guests who smoke in the room will incur a minimum $200 fee and will be asked to leave immediately and will not be entitled to a refund.

Check In Time is 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.  Unfortunately with a small property, keys are not available until check in time of 3 p.m.  Key box codes will be texted to guests day of arrival and all instructions will be available for a comfortable stay.

Check Out Time is 11 a.m.  Again, due to housekeeping needing access to our rooms, we are not able to accommodate late check outs.

Reservation Policies –
Payment is collected in full at the time of reservation in order to confirm your room and remove it from inventory – the credit card given will be charged in full subject to the cancellation policy below.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so more than 7 days prior to arrival so you will be entitled to a full refund. Reservations canceled within 7 days will incur a one-night cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 3 days of arrival or those who choose to leave early will not receive a refund for any reason.

Eastern Washington is prone to wildfires.  We have no control over wildfires and cancellation policies/fees due to wildfires will be the same as regular cancellation policies/fees.  If you have ANY concern about the possibility of wildfires, please do not make an advance reservation.  The weather and fires are unpredictable and it may be prudent to wait until closer to your arrival date to tie up a room.

Our room rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person will incur a $10 per night/per person fee.  Infants and toddlers under the age of 2 will not be charged providing the guest brings their own toddler-type bed or crib. Please list the age of your toddler/infant on the reservation form in the appropriate box so we know that they will also be occupying your room in the case of an emergency.

Maximum occupancy per room is 4 persons total adults and children.  The only exception is one toddler/infant under the age of 2 as noted above.  If you arrive with more than 4 people and one toddler/infant, we will not be able to accommodate you and you will not be entitled to a refund. Other accommodation may be difficult to secure on late notice so please plan your stay with a maximum of four persons per room.
